How can I pay for my order?

You can choose your preferred payment method directly at checkout. We offer two payment options:

• Bank transfer: Transfer the payment to our account. Payment details will be sent via email after completing your order. Orders will be shipped only after payment is received.
• Pay by credit or debet card: Pay directly on our website with your bank card, and your orders will be shipped immediately upon receiving the order.

What reference number should I use for a bank transfer?

When paying by bank transfer, use your order number as the reference (variable symbol). This ensures the payment is automatically linked to your order.

How will my order be delivered?

• Courier: A courier will deliver the package directly to your chosen address.

Where do Parfen perfumes come from?

Parfen is a brand of one of the top perfume houses in Bulgaria. With over 20 years of experience, we collaborate with the best suppliers in Europe. All essences used in Parfen perfumes are produced in the fragrance capital of the world – France.

Are Parfen fragrances real perfumes?

Thanks to the high concentration of pure fragrance essences, Parfen fragrances are classified as perfumes. They last up to 12 hours on the skin, matching the quality of well-known luxury brands. They contain 20–24% fragrance essences.

What percentage of fragrance essences do Parfen perfumes have?

Parfen perfumes contain between 20% and 24% fragrance essences. Their quality matches luxury perfumes, with the only difference being the price and bottle design.

What does the number on the bottle mean?

Each bottle and box feature a two- or three-digit number that identifies the perfume. The specific imitation is not labeled on the bottle or box, but you can use the number to look up the corresponding luxury brand on our website.

What are travel-size perfumes?

Our travel-size perfumes are identical in scent and quality to the 50 ml bottles. They are packaged in smaller 20 ml bottles, making them perfect for travel or quick refreshment during special evenings. These compact bottles fit easily into a handbag, jacket pocket, or men’s bag.

Note that not all 20 ml travel-size perfumes are available in 50 ml bottles and vice versa.

How can I choose the right perfume?

Are your perfumes really made based on originals?

Yes, all our perfumes are made using original recipes that guarantee the same fragrance as the originals. We use the same high-quality French essences as the original luxury perfumes. The difference lies only in the price.

Returns and Complaints

What should I do if I receive damaged goods?

If you receive a damaged package or a broken bottle, contact us immediately at contacts page. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package.

When can I make a complaint about a product?

You can make a complaint if the product arrives damaged. According to General Terms and Conditions, it is not possible to return a perfume that has been unsealed from its protective foil or used.
