How to Join the Parfen Loyalty Program
1. Register with Us
To start earning loyalty points and fragrant discounts, register on our e-shop. Click here to register. Create an account by entering your email address.
2. Log into Your Account
To participate in the loyalty program, you must be logged in during the ordering process. If you place an order as a guest, points will not be credited. Therefore, before each purchase, log into your account by entering your email address or username and password.
3. Collect Loyalty Points
You earn loyalty points for every order placed as a logged-in customer. Points are automatically credited as soon as we pack and ship your order. The number of points earned depends on the value of your purchase. You can collect loyalty points for as long as you like or use them immediately on your next order to get a discount.
4. Redeem Points for Discounts
Accumulated loyalty points can be used at any time. They do not expire and will not be forfeited. It's up to you whether you use them on your next order or save them for a higher discount. You can always see the number and overview of points earned in your user account under "Loyalty Points."
How to Redeem Points for a Discount
- Select perfumes from our offer.
- Add products to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Click the "Apply Discount" button.
After clicking, all your accumulated points will be applied. We will automatically deduct the appropriate discount from the total order amount. It is not possible to use only a portion of the points. If you have more points than the value of your current order, only enough points will be used to bring the final order amount to €0. The remaining points stay with you, and you can continue collecting them.
Percentage Discounts
Enjoy even greater savings with our percentage discounts for larger orders. We reward your loyalty with the following discounts:
- 5% off for purchases over €100
- 10% off for purchases over €150
- 15% off for purchases over €200
These discounts are automatically applied at checkout, making your shopping experience seamless and rewarding.
